Housing fully preserves the original architecture, this type of construction known as "cottages Pas" and they lived a family with livestock. It has managed to keep the environment as it was in the days of old family dairy farms but without compromising on interior comfort. The view over the valley are spectacular from every point of the house or farm that has an area of 30,000 m2 of lush grassland. The property has a spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, kitchenware, appliances and even an old "soup kitchen". Three double bedrooms, a loft with double bed and a bathroom. Full equipment: electric heating, fireplace (wood not included), appliances, bedding (Nordic), kitchen ...


We are in the town of Alceda-Ontaneda (623 National Burgos-Madrid) belonging to the municipality of Corvera de Toranzo in the heart of Valle del Pas.

The people have all the necessary services: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy ... as well as a thermal spa. The village consists of a protected historical district and a public park with old trees.


This region still retains a strong rural charm, it is common to find the opportunity to see traditional lifestyles or have contact with people varied.


The central location of town house makes the ideal starting point to know the province, We are just 20 minutes from the main beaches of the Cantabrian, 30 min from the city of Santander, and close to towns such as Puente Viesgo , La Vega de Pas, Santillana del Mar, Liérganes ...
