Holiday Villa for maximum of 10 people.
The villa is in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from the towns of Benidorm and La Nucia. Besides the main attraction of Benidorm as a resort of great importance for its beaches and services, the proximity of the village to the mountain area also makes a great choice for inland tourism.

The villa has 320 m2 built on a plot of 600 m2. The beautiful pool is fenced by a fence made ??of safety glass that gives it great privacy. The garden area enjoys a barbecue incorporating sink, table and chairs. This area is protected by a leafy tree that produces a perfect shade for lunch

The villa is on two floors connected by a spiral staircase inside. The upper floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom with en suite. The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds. This top floor bathroom, a spacious kitchen and a large lounge with separate living areas and dining room. This piece opens to a sun terrace.

The ground floor has two bedrooms, bathroom, gym and very spacious living room and kitchen. The covered terrace leading to garden area. The property has two garages.
