This is a fully detached villa with 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find the living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the first floor you will find the 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The interior is modern and light.
Villa disposes of a a splendid views of the sea and the green mountains and has a garden with lawn. Also, you will have to your disposal a comfortable pavilion with bar and well-equipped BBQ place. On the wide terrace you will find a swimming pool with shower.
There are the supermarket, shops, disco and restaurants near by house.
Villa is situated in Santa Susanna that is a popular modern turistic place with family destination.
