Rincon de la Victoria holiday rental apartment
This lovely 3 bedroomed traditional townhouse is located at just a 15 min walk from the town of Rincon de la Victoria and only 19km from Malaga airport. It belongs to the “La Parada” residential area which includes a tennis court and a large swimming pool, surrounded by a private garden decorated with a mini waterfall and stream with its own goldfish! And best of all, the beach is just a 2 min walk away! Furthermore, for those that enjoy golf, the Añoreta golf course is only a 5 min drive away. It is close to all amenities; there is a new large supermarket just around the corner, across the road you can enjoy exquisite meals at the Rincon de Miguel restaurant or you can drop in for tapas at the “Terranova”. The Rincon de la Victoria shopping centre is just a 10min drive away.
The house is fully furnished. The lounge/dining room has a three seater and two rocking armchairs, the dining table accommodates up to 6 people and a TV is also supplied.
The kitchen is fully equipped; including cutlery, crockery, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. There is a bathroom downstairs which contains the washing machine and there is a small patio at the back.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms; a large double bedroom with a small balcony and a study which looks out over the tennis court; another large bedroom which has two beds, and a smaller sized single bedroom. All the rooms have built in wardrobes. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and shower facility and large mirror.
At the entrance of the chalet there is a terraced area suitable for enjoying lunch or dinner outside in the pleasant weather.
There is plenty of street parking, and for those that don’t have a car the bus stop is just a minute walk away, taking you to either Malaga city along the coast or the other way to Torre del Mar, Velez Malaga or Nerja.
Rincon de la Victoria
is situated on the eastern side of the Costa del Sol, between Malaga and Torre del Mar. It is a charismatic town, with a long beachside promenade full of wonderful restaurants and bars, stalls, night life and friendly people. There is also a quieter walkway along the cliffs leading to La Cala del Moral from where you can see Africa on a clear day. The beaches are equipped with ping pong tables and volley ball nets, you can rent a paddle boat, and there is also playground equipment for children. The Velez Malaga water park “Aquavelis” is a twenty minute drive or a bus ride away.
