Holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and pool for rent in Torrenueva La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia - Spain.

This 2 bedroom beach front apartment with swimming pool is located directly on the Torrenueva beach in La Cala - Mijas Costa. The small holiday complex is situated at 150 meter from the El Oceano Beach Restaurant. Within 600 meter you’ll find a supermarket, several restaurants and beach restaurants and a beautiful Spa Resort with luxury restaurant and beachfront terrace. The small apartment complex has its own garden with pool and direct access to the beach Torrenueva playa. The holiday apartment has a living – dining area with sofa, 2 armchairs dining table with 4 chairs and TV with some English channels and beautiful sea view from the living. WIFI internet is available on request (at a charge). There is a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with sea view, 2 bathrooms, and a south facing sunny terrace with terrace furniture and spectacular sea view. It's only 400 meter to Miraflores Playa / Mijas Beach. Here is a good beach restaurant called Antonio II. From the holiday apartment you can also walk into Torrenueva and the Torrenueva beach (400 to 600 meter) where there are a number of great restaurants of all different types of cuisines with something to suit everyone. Here also is a well stocked supermarket. At the sandy beaches of Torrenueva there is a beautiful children’s play area and some excellent beach bars serving food and lots of fresh fish! On walking distance to the apartment you will also find a fantastic Spa Beach Club boasting heated indoor pool with extensive glass windows looking out onto the sea, Jacuzzi, saunas, spa circuit, beauty treatments etc. The facilities include bars, lounges and restaurant specialising in fine Mediterranean cuisine with lounge terrace with spectacular sea view. The situation of these holiday apartment is second to none for both summer holidays and longer winter breaks.

ACTIVITIES:
In the vicinity of the Holiday apartment you’ll find ample activities such as the beautifully landscaped Zoo in Fuengirola, the water parks Aquapark Mijas and Aquapark Torremolinos, the largest theme park on the Costa del Sol the Tivoli World Park in Benalmadena, the cable car, located next to the Tivoli Park, which brings you from Benalmadena to the top of the mountain Calamorro, the Sea live in Benalmadena, the Selwo Adventure Park in Estepona, etc.

A GOLFERS PARADISE:
It’s only 3 Km to the Clubhouse and restaurant of the Miraflores Golf Course. Miraflores golf is a family course; ideally suited to holiday makers and mid to high handicap golfers. The Miraflores Golf Club also offers a golfing academy, practice area, putting green, spikes bar and excellent restaurant with good quality, reasonably priced food. In the surroundings of the apartment you will find a vast array of more than 50 renowned golf courses including La Cala Golf (with 3 x 18 holes the largest golf course in Spain), Mijas Golf, the Valle Romano Golf Course in Estepona, Marbella Golf & Country Club, Los Arqueros Golf & La Quinta Golf and Country Club, Estepona Golf, etc.

THE BEACH RESORT FUENGIROLA:
The apartment is pretty centrally located at just 9 kilometer from the hustle and bustle of the famous resort of Fuengirola. Fuengirola is one of the major tourist development on Costa del Sol with impressive beaches and boulevard spread over a length of 8 Kilometer, and a harbour from where you can enjoy a selection of water sports. No need for the less adventurous visitor to be afraid as there´s plenty in the way of pub grub and fish and chip shops! Surprisingly in such a tourist centre you´ll still see fishermen out on their small trawlers each morning catching your evening meal. You can pass many hours wandering along the long promenade stopping at the many bars and cafés. You also can visit the remains of the Moorish Castle of Sohail on the western edge of the resort. Tuesday and Saturday is the day for shopaholics when the weekly market is set up in the centre of town. There are malls like the MIRAMAR and EL CORTE INGLES, supermarkets, pleasant shopping streets, a wide range of international restaurants to suit every taste and every budget, cozy squares with terraces, etc.

THE RESORT OF MARBELLA - PUERTO BANUS:
The luxurious and famous Marbella with his beautiful marina Puerto Banus is just 20 minutes by car. Marbella offers clean beaches, elegant shops such as Gucci and Armani, clubs, art, top class restaurants, sport clubs and a casino. If you think Marbella is just a tourist interest for its beach side life and Mediterranean weather, you are wrong. There is much more to see, and the best part is its “Casco Antiguo” the Old town, situated in the centre of the Marbella, and only a few hundred meters from the beach and boulevard. In the pretty narrow little streets, set in an arabesque style, and structures that date back as far as 11th century, you’ll find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, etc. The central attraction of Old Town is the Orange Square or “La Plaza de los Naranjos”. A fantastic place with lots of history. Also the metropolis of Málaga is definitely worth a visit.

For this holiday apartment we recommend you to rent a car but, as there is a bus stop at 600 meters from the apartment, you can also choose to use public transport.

After running our own jewellery store for more than 25 years in Holland, we thought it was about time for a radical change and a new challenge. We are living and working in Spain since 2001 and completely adapted to the Spanish way of living. What started as a service for friends and family eventually turned into our rental company Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. At this moment we rent-out about 50 holiday apartments and villas from private owners. Personal contact is the key to our service.
