This spacious groundfloor apartment with stunning ocean views is part of an exclusive 21 apartment complex located on the coast road with beaches that stretch for miles. It faces onto Playa Pariso beach which can be accessed on foot. This beautiful beach is totally unspoilt and has beach bars that serve good food with some live entertainment at weekends.
The complex is very secure with automated gates, underground parking, beautiful mature gardens with large blossoms that catch your eye as you enter the grounds and a beautiful well maintained swimming pool situated to enable one to catch the beautiful sea breeze on those hot days while sunbathing by the pool.
The area boasts many supberb golf courses, with the world famous Valderama only 5 minutes drive away.
Duqueasa Marina is only a stones throw away. It is a fabulous quaint location which boasts many fine shops, bars and a great variety of beautiful restaurants whatever your taste in food.

Puerto Banus and Marbella are onl a half hours drive away towards Malaga.
