77m2 top floor apartment with internet. Use Viber or Skype for free calls. Sleeps 4. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. This non-smoking accommodation is equipped with every convenience.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all required for a dinner party. Gas and fire detectors installed. Well suited for winter holidays. The living room and both bedrooms have air-condition/heat pump installed. New energy saving patio doors and windows. Upgraded bathroom including heated towel-dryer. Private balcony with astonishing view and sunshine from morning to sunset. Well tent communal pool and landscaped gardens. The gated communal swimming pool, for residents and guests, has a separate shallow area for young children. Only 18 apartments so the pool area is seldom crowded in summertime.

Our well appointed apartment is in an established community with lake views to the south and the magnificent Callosa Mountains to the west. Close to beaches, restaurants, shops, golf, bowls and places of interest. Nearby commercial centres provide an expanding variety of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, doctors and dentists.
This area of Costa Blanca has glorious beaches of fine sand and warm water, Guardamar and Torrevieja beaches are a 10 min drive away. Plus there are a number of small and quiet bays with clear blue water such as Campoamor and Cabo Roig. Most beaches have been awarded 'blue flag' status, reflecting their superb quality and offer facilities such as bars, restaurants, children's climbing frames and volleyball. Quesada is surrounded by championship golf courses, and has its own Aqua park (500 meters from the apartment) and bowls club.

Arrival and departure times are not fixed. Car parking on complex, airport pick-ups can be arranged by key man (€35), but we recommends hiring a car. Most of the well known car rental companies operate from Murcia and Alicante but DoYouSpain com has been well used by us. Our insurance does not cover loss of renters personal effects so we strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance. We also recommend obtaining a Euro Health Insurance Card (Form from UK Post Offices). Sorry, no Pets and children under 5 years. Smoking outdoors.
