The Villa has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds,fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom with shower, living / dining room with a log fireplace, SAT-TV, rustic style kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave. Near the Villa is a guesthouse with one double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. There's also a free WIFI- connection available.
There is a large sun- terrace and a pergola terrace, where you can eat ‘al-fresco’. This Villa is on one level, and no steps have to be used. Access to the pool can be completely enclosed by two gates, ideal for small children
There are sun loungers and table and chairs for you to use, either by the pool terrace or the more shaded pergola-terrace area. There is also SAT-TV with English and other program channels.
"Villa Competa" offers beautiful views to the mountains, sea and the surrounding countryside. This Property is perfect for enjoying the local small white villages, the excellent value of the local restaurants, visits to the historic places of Andalusia, walking in the mountains, or just relaxing by the pool. As the beaches are only 15 km away, you may enjoy a few days on the sandy or rocky beaches at Nerja, Torrox-Costa or Torre del Mar( with the typical Pilchard-bars) . There are also excellent and long promenades, to walk along the costas.

Villa Competa is a few minutes drive from the white washed village of Cómpeta, known locally as the Pearl of the Axarquia. The village of Cómpeta has many bars and restaurants offering excellent tapas and meals at low prices.
The area of Cómpeta has one of the best climates in Europe, and the land surrounding the village and down to the coast is filled with vineyards, olive, almond and lemon groves, tropical fruits such as avocado, mango, oranges, lemons. The Village is situated 50 km east of Malaga and approximately 13 km from the coast with a population of about 3.400 inhabitants. It is situated on the route of sun and wine. The municipalities included in this route are: Competa, Algarrobo, Sayalonga, Canillas de Albaida, Torrox, Frigiliana and Nerja. The main agricultural product is the grape, and the wines of Cómpeta are some of the finest in the whole province. The village has retained its original Moorish structure with the white fronted houses and an interesting contrast is the brick tower of the Parish Church of La Asuncion. There is also the nature reserve, a perfect example of the beauty of this region. This medium sized village is surrounded by delightful olive groves and almond blossoms, and a 4.000 hectare wide wildlife reserve. Cómpeta itself boasts a host of entertainment: there are is a modern swimming pool, local bodegas, riding stables, several craft boutiques and more than 30 bars and restaurants where you can taste the famous Vino de Cómpeta, Sangria and a great variety of tapas.

'Villa Competa'is zeer rustig gelegen met eigen prive-zwembad, BBQ, zonneterrassen, pergola-terras, tuin met palm-, olijf en diverse fruitbomen.
Het huis zelf heeft 2 slaapkamers, één met een tweepersoonsbed en de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden, allemaal met ingebouwde kasten, 1 badkamer met douche, woon / eetkamer met een open haard, SAT-TV, rustieke keuken met eetbar, koelkast / diepvries, wasmachine, magnetron. Naast de villa is de "casita" met 1 slaapkamer en 1 badkamer. Deze landelijke villa met prive-zwembad (8mx4m) ligt op slechts 50 minuten rijden van Malaga-Airport, en is gelegen in het prachtige landschap van Cómpeta, Andalusië, Spanje.
Er is een groot zonneterras en een pergola terras, waar u kunt eten 'al fresco'. Deze villa is volledig gelijkvloers. De toegang naar het zwembad kan volledig afgesloten worden door 2 poortjes.Ideaal voor kleine kindjes.
Er zijn ligstoelen; een tafel en stoelen beschikbaar , hetzij voor aan het zwembad of aan het meer schaduwrijke pergola-terras. Er is ook SAT-tv en gratis WIFI- verbinding
De locatie van deze villa biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen, de zee en het omliggende platteland. Deze accommodatie is perfect om te genieten van de lokale kleine witte dorpjes, van de de uitstekende plaatselijke restaurants, bezoek aan de historische plaatsen van Andalusië, wandelen in de bergen, of gewoon relaxen bij het zwembad. De stranden liggen op slechts 13 km afstand,u kan er een paar dagen genieten op de zandige of rotsachtige stranden van Nerja, Torrox-Costa of Torre del Mar (met de typische Sardienen-barretjes). Er zijn ook uitstekende en lange promenades, om te wandelen langs de mooie stranden.
