This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom/2-bathroom fully air-conditioned apartment is in a prime location within Las Terazzas, the most sought-after development in Portals Nous. It directly overlooks the fabulous marina of Puerto Portals , has panoramic sea views and is extremely well appointed with new, quality furnishings and appliances throughout.

The master bedroom has a double bed, cable TV, ample wardrobe space, air conditioning and enjoys fabulous sea views. Its en-suite bathroom has a bath-tub with shower, wc, bidet and wash-basin.

The second bedroom has an excellent bunk-bed arrangement with a double bed below and a single up top, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with a bath-tub with shower, wc and a wash-basin.

The living area has a sofa, dining table seating four, cable (Spanish, German & Swedish) & satellite-TV (200+ UK channels including BBC, ITV and Sky family & sports channels), a DVD, CD Player, i-Pod docking port with speakers and free ADSL wireless internet access for your laptop computer.

Sliding glass patio doors lead off to a huge South-facing 50 sq m patio overlooking the sea and on which is a good-size dining table with comfortable seating for six, two comfortable sun-loungers, bench seating and plenty more extra space for recreation.

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven with 4 hobs, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee percolator, all the usual minor appliances and all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses.

Location: Las Terrazas occupies a prominent position close to Portals Nous village, on the cliff-top directly overlooking Puerto Portals Marina. The village shops, the marina - with its wide selection of restaurants and bars - as well as the beach, are all within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. Palma Nova is reached by car within 5 minutes and Palma itself is but a 10-minute drive away, as is the beautiful mountain village of Calvia. The airport too can usually be reached within 20 minutes. A regular bus service also connects Portals Nous with the neighbouring towns and villages. There are numerous agencies in both the village and the marina and boats of all sizes are available for rental.

Maximum Occupancy: Occupancy at the apartment is limited to 5 persons (plus an infant as a sixth - a cot and high-chair can be provided).

Pets: We regret no pets are permitted in the apartment.

Smokers: Smoking is permitted on the patio and in the grounds of Las Terrazas but not inside the apartment itself.

Laundry: The apartment has its own washing machine and separate dryer. There is a dry cleaners just 5 minutes walk away in Puerto Portals and another in the village of Portals Nous.

Car rental:Rental cars can be arranged from just 20 Euros/day for local or pick-up and return at Palma Airport.
