This new and modern villa is perfect for a nice relaxing holiday. There is a garden with private pool, the living room and kitchen are together in one open space with large windows giving you a free feeling and looking over to stunning mountains. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 with bath and 2 with shower).
It is possible to go to the pool from both levels of the house.

Altea Hills is a 24h secured urbanisation located 3km. from the town of Altea, there is a supermarket on 1 km. It is required to have a car.

We offer special prices for stays of 2 months or longer during Winter time (1st October 2011 - 31st March 2012).
This Villa can also be rented for 1 year or longer.
