Overlooking the bay of Calpe and the Penon the Ifach this excellent 2 bedroom villa is ideally located at the border of Moraira and Benissa, with easy access to the beautiful coastal resorts of Moraira.
The villa has recently undergone a total change of furniture, excellent standard and now offers light and modern accommodation.
The villa is on 2 levels. Entrance is on the 1st floor ,same level as the parking place.
On the first floor is the main bedroom, bathroom with toilet ,livingroom kitchen, another toilet and a terrace. On the ground floor is the 2nd bedroom and a small kitchen with the washing machine and doorway to the swimmingpool. In every room there is a ceiling fan.
There is a gated driveway, very secure for children.

Moraira
Formerly a quaint fishing village with stunning views across to El Peñon de Ifach, the rock of Calpe, it now survives from tourism whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and foreign residents.

Rather than the tacky fish and chip type eateries of many resorts, Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets notably 'Deli' on Calle Calatayud which serves up an interesting selection of home cooked dishes including inventive salads, curries from many nations and quiche dishes. For more authentic Spanish fare try the shaded Las Gaviotas in the main square which lies in the shadow of the town's church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing.

Further there is a possibility to play golf at
Benissa San Jaime, 5 minutes drive from villa Florida.
Club Golf de Ifach: a 9-hole golf court, and they have 3 tennisplay grounds.

Market:
On Friday there is a large market in Moraira, reached in 5 min.
