Lovely family villa in Riumar, in between Barcelona and Valencia where the river "el EBRO" meets the sea.

Downstairs there is a modern fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven with grill, fridge and freezer compartment, coffeemachine, dishwasher and toaster); a lounge with TV and satellite channels; a glass table with seating for six (eight with extension); separate entrance, toilet, childrens bedroom with switched bunk.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: one double (masterbedroom with airconditioning and hanging and wardrobe) and a twin. There is a nice bathroom, with a bath/shower, 2nd toilet and bidet.

The house has his own internet connexion. There is large private swimming pool. For the safety of young children you can put a fence around the pool (approx. 10 minutes work), secured and by norms (NF)(can be placed in advance), a patio with outdoor furniture (2 table sets), terrace, a grill, big garage (with second shower and washing machine) with private parking and a fenced private garden.

This house is also equipped with two air-conditionings (one in the lounge and one in the masterbedroom) which can be used in winter for heating.

All windows are provided with fly screens and shutters. The whole property is enclosed and lockable.

A friendly host will be there to welcome you at your arrival and he is available at Riumar with all questions and, perhaps, appearing problems.
The pool is cleaned by professionnels (2 à 3 times a week).
Toddler beds and high-level chairs are on inquiry and are free of charge.

The 20 km. sandy beach and the sea are very clean, nice of temperature and less salty (influence of the river).

Riumar is ideal for family stay. Calm and quiet and mini-supermarket (with fresh bread) at walking distance. Big supermarkets in Deltebre at 10 km distance.
