This wonderful modern apartment provides comfortable accommodation for four people, however, it has an extra room which will allow a further two people comfortably. The apartment is fully air conditioned, except for the extra outside lounge room. There is a double room with en suite shower room plus a twin bedroom with family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons plus there is an extra laundry room. The lounge has two sofas, dining area and TV offering English, Dutch and German language TV. The apartment also offers high speed wifi. Outside there is a beautiful large garden terrace with plenty of Mediterranean plants. There is also a good seating area for six with a quality gas barbeque. At the far end of the terrace is a private area with a large six person luxury Jacuzzi which is ideal of cooling down in summer or warming up on a cool winter evening under the stars. On the terrace there is also a separate entrance to an extra large summer room. This is fully double glazed and offers a further comfortable area with more sofas. It is possible to put two extra single beds in this room when required to sleep six persons (for a supplement). Downstairs, there is secure parking which is accessed via a remote control gated access point. Altogether, this apartment is in a very good location and offers lots of facilities and value for money.

Notes
We require a 30% deposit within seven days of booking. The balance is then payable beforehand or on arrival in Euros cash or by credit card (Subject to 1.5% bank charge) The refundable security deposit is payable by credit card on arrival or via Credit Card Payment on-line prior to arrival. The depsit is returned to your same card within seven days of departure subject to no loss or damage. An Extra bed can be hired for 100 euros per week extra. A Cot and high chair is available for 50 euros for up to two weeks hire. The apartment comes with 50 Euros of electricity per week. Useage of more than 50 Euros is deducted from your refundable security deposit.
