The development is situated on the outskirts of Marbella and is surrounded by beautiful views of the Mediterranean, the mountains and the hills surrounding Cabopino Golf Course. With 24 hour security, the gated community provides a tranquil and safe setting for your holiday.
Just 30 minutes from Malaga Airport and within a few minutes drive of many family attractions, and numerous golf courses, the location of our apartment provides the perfect base for a memorable holiday. To enjoy the area to the full, car hire is recommended.
The hidden jewel of Puerto Cabopino, is just a short drive away, with its golden beaches (rated the best on the Costa), alongside numerous affordable restaurants, beach cafes and access to the marina.
This holiday destination is ideal for those who enjoy a more relaxed holiday environment, away from the larger resorts.
However, Puerto Banus, Marbella, Mijas and Fuengirola are within easy driving distance.
Furnished to a very high standard, the apartment is large and airy, and provides two bedrooms and two bathrooms, hot/cold air conditioning with individual controls within each bedroom and living area and offers accommodation for up to four people.
The living area comprises a very large lounge and dining room, with high quality furniture as well as flat screen TV and satellite channels, DVD player, games, books and DVDs, and double sliding doors to the balcony.
There is a very spacious master bedroom, with full en-suite bathroom, king size bed with memory foam mattress, fully fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and sliding doors to the balcony for your lazy breakfast!
The second bedroom has two single beds, with memory foam mattresses, bedside cabinet and fully fitted wardrobe where you will find the iron, the ironing board and airer for your convenience, and an adjacent, fully fitted bathroom.
The separate, fully fitted kitchen comprises oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all crockery and cutlery you would expect for an enjoyable holiday.
The 22m² terrace is South West facing and ideal for alfresco dining. There is a circular table with four chairs with seat pads and it boasts views to the south, towards to the sea and west, for the best sunsets!! There is a small shop (all year) and bar/café (summer only) onsite, for your immediate needs.
There are three swimming pools, for your use, with children’s pools and jacuzzis, contained within the tropical gardens and there is an allocated parking space in the secure underground car park.
Inside the apartment is our personal guide and directions, to some of the most attractive places to visit, to help you discover some of the delights of the Costa Del Sol. Our check in time is 16.00hrs and our on-site management team will be there to meet you, and to help with everything you need to make your stay more enjoyable. Our guests have said is most important, rather than just a collection point for keys!
