Restaurants: Muelle Uno, Antonio Martín Moraga, El Pimpi, Pedregalejo Snack, Spa in Los Baños del Carmen. One hour car from Granada, Ronda and Cordoba, two hours from Sevilla.
Two minutes walk from the New Port (Muelle Uno, inagurated in Dec. 2011) which is full of most modern restaurans and shops.  Beautiful and spacious lounge with dining table, modern flat screen TV, comfortable sofa and chairs with sea views. It has a bedroom with separate bathroom with twin beds (they appear together in the photo), second bedroom with double bed and one with a single bed. A second bathroom for two bedrooms. We have a sixth place in bed.

Nice apartment in Malagueta

Nice apartment. Wonderful views, quiet area, close to the coffee and food. Walking distance to city centre. We will certainly return.

Excellent location

The appartment has an excellent location. Next to the beach, as well as walking distance to the city center. Beautiful view to the sea from the 11th floor. The owner is very helpful, too. Strongly recomment it.

Beautiful!

We rented this apartment for a week and had a lovely time. The location is great, close to the beach, and the view of the sea is fantastic. The only drawback is that the AC is a bit weak, but as the apartment catches every breeze, it worked out fine. We returned around the 10th of july, when the intense summer heat was setting in. For that period, a better AC would be to prefer. But, all in all, the apartment is great, with a stunning view and location.
