This villa is located at only 3 minute walk to the community area with communal pool, children's pool, playground, tennis, table tennis, football pitch & basketball hoop.
It has a shady, rustic style covered porch near the pool to escape from the sun. With the table, chairs and big gas barbecue, it's also the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining.
The private, heated pool is 9 meters long by 5 meters wide and can be enclosed for child safety. The 6 seater hot tub is located on the roof top terrace, so you can relax and enjoy the wonderful views to the sea and the castle and town of Salobrena.
The setting of this villa is very unique and picturesque as it is built into a huge rock that is bordered by pine trees. The place is very peaceful. The plot is south facing so the sun can be enjoyed all day.

Layout of the villa:

- Private parking area leading up to the pool terrace, covered porch and the entrance of the villa.
- Upon entering the villa, you encounter the spacious, round, open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a laundry room and a cloak/powder room on this level.
- Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. 2 of them have also access to a terrace. On this level, there is also balcony which leads to the garden area and the roof top terrace where the hot tub is located.
- The roof top terrace offers truly panoramic views of the sea, the mountains and the Moorish castle of Salobrena. We have sun loungers & the hot tub up here, so that you can relax and enjoy the views.

Location & Nearby Places of Interest:

This self catering holiday accommodation is located in the heart of the still largely undiscovered and unspoilt Costa Tropical in Andalusia. Places of interest include Granada and its Alhambra, the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, Almunecar with its markets and Roman ruins, La Herradura with its beautiful harbour and Nerja with its underground caves.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen. All new, top quality electric appliances with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker, juicer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/board, hair dryers in each bathroom.

Lounges & Dining Area: Spacious open plan lounge & dining area with phenomenal views. Dining room table seats 6.

Entertainment: Satellite TV, DVD, portable radio, cassette and CD player, board games, books.

Air & Heat: Central air-conditioning and heating throughout the villa.

General: Linen and towels provided, including beach towels.

Local area: The area enjoys a sub-tropical climate, with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius in winter & 25 degrees in summer, allowing for year round enjoyment of the nearby golf course and the various beaches spread over 19 kilometres of coastline.

Opportunities for walking, climbing, water sports, golf, horse riding, hang gliding and even skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Nearby mountain villages await to be discovered where it seems as if time has stopped. Granada, the Moorish capital with the breathtaking Alhambra Palace and relaxing thermal spas are only 45 minutes away, Malaga 1 hr, Nerja 30 minutes, Almunecar waterpark 15 minutes. You won´t be bored here, unless you just want to sit by the pool and take in the views! The owners live in the area and provide useful information on everything from sight seeing and entertainment options to restaurant and shopping tips.

- Security/breakage deposit of €400 payable on arrival.
