Casa La Viña is a fabulous and a nice cozy 4 bedroom villa with privat pool in the beautiful district of la Viña. The completely detached pool terrace offers stunning views of the sea and mountains. On the terrace you can enjoy lounging in the shade under two palm trees! Near the village, golf, sea, shops and rest.

SWIMMING
The villa has a large private pool with terraces to enjoy the sun and the sea. On the pool terrace can also be delicious cool off under the outside shower.

MORAIRA/BENISSA AREA
Formerly a small fishing port, now also a tourist town with many pleasant terraces, bars and (of course) delicious fish restaurants. The Spanish atmosphere is really taste: but once visited the old castle of Moraira and the tower that used to protect against the Pirates. And the impressive marina, sheltered among the rocks of Cap Blanc and Punta de Moraira. When the auction gets the morning your own fresh fish.
