The apartment is located in the exclusive and much sought after complex of Ladera del Mar, just a 5 minute drive west of Nerja town centre and the famous Balcon de Europa.

The large terrace comes complete with barbecue, outside shower, 4 sun loungers, table and 6 chairs, Patio sofa 2 chairs, coffee table and sun awning. The sun shines on the terrace from mid morning ( around 10.30am ) until sun set.
The lounge/dining room offers access to the terrace, there is air conditioning, a ceiling fan, two large sofas, a coffee table, dining table and four chairs. There is also a widescreen Satellite TV with record and playback facility and a DVD player. An I-pod docking station/ I-phone charger and free Wi-fi are also provided for your convenience.

Both bedrooms are equiped with fitted wadrobes and ample drawer space, hairdryers, and radio alarm clocks. Both also have air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. One bedroom has access to the terrace, and an en suite bath room with shower/ tub.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with hob oven fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.

It's very bright and spacious and all widows and doors have mosquito screens.

There is a Communal pool set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Ladera del Mar is in a peaceful location close to beaches.
There is also street parking available.
