RIGHT ON THE BEACH IN THE CENTRE OF MARBELLA
The apartment lies on the 7th floor of edif. Valdecantos. The building lies directly on the Paseo Maritimo and has its own concierge and is very well kept.
The apartment was thoroughly renovated 2011 and this year we will lay new floors.
ALL AMENITIES
As the apartment is our own home, it has all amenities, as Internet, TV with dvd, radio with cd, clock radio etc
6 BEDS AND 2 BATHS
There are 2 bedrooms with two new single beds each (90x200). Each bedroom has it’s own bath.
The sofa in the living room can be pulled out and made into a 140 cm bed for 2 persons.
2 TERRACES
The apartment has 2 terraces. One towards the south / sea / beach which is both spacious and sunny (it has an awning). The other terrace lies just outside bedroom 1.
From the living room, bedroom 2 and, of course, the big terrace you have a magnificent view of the beach, harbour, sea and Gibraltar. There is a dining table on this terrace.
TOTALLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The totally new kitchen, which forms a part of the living room, has a very practical bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, micro oven with grill, toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, stove and refrigerator with freezer.
There is also a washing machine
ARRIVAL SERVICE
But the best is that all essential things are there when You get to the apartment!
There is ALWAYS at least one roll of toilet paper and a soap in both bathrooms, one roll of kitchen paper, salt, olive oil, flour and sugar in the kitchen and enough detergent for one run of the washing machine and one run of the dishwasher!
And if You arrive late we can help You with buying breakfast things, so You´ll be able to enjoy a proper breakfast without having to roam the streets in the morning.
If You want to be fetched at Malaga Airport we will gladly do it, for a lesser sum than a taxi.
