Luxury townhouse on the beach of the New Golden Mile between Marbella and Estepona In the El Saladillo Urbanisation, which is next to the Costalita Urbanisation. Private, fenced in garden, which leads directly onto the sandy beach. In this private community are only 5 townhouses.

The community is completely fenced in and accessible via an electric gate. There is ample parking inside the community.

The house has two stories. On the first floor there are two big bedrooms both with a super kingsize bed. The master bedroom has a satellite connected TV for english and german TV. Both bedrooms have aircon. From both bedrooms are patio doors to the balcony with fantastic sea views.
Also on the upper floor is a big bathroom with bath tub and shower screen, sink, toilet and bidet.
On the ground floor there is one further bathroom with a big shower cubicle, toilet and sink unit.
There is a complete fitted kitchen with oven, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The spacious living and dining area is two steps lower and has two patio doors onto the big terrace. Here you sit on sea level and directly at the beach.

Great holiday at sensational location

The description of the house is exact. The house is well equipped and it is, what it says - 1 meter from the beach! We had a wonderful holiday here. We enjoyed the beach and sea. The beach at the house is very quiet and we had a relaxing time. As the house is close to Puerto Banus (actually much closer than to Estepona), we had also fantastic nights out in "the Port" Also, as we are keen golfers, there are many golf courses in the neighbourhood. Sadly our holiday wasn't long enough and we certainly will be back this year, as we enjoyed it so much.

Sensational holiday in a fantastic location

We had a memorable holiday here. The house is lovely and well equipped. Everyday breakfast directly at the beach! It is, what it says it is - one meter from the beach! The beach is very private and quiet. As Puerto Banus is not far from here, we had good nights out and enjoyed "the Port" Unfortunately the holiday wasn't long enough. We will definitely come back this year.
