The renovated, modern and bright apartment has all that the heart can desire. A big south/west facing terrace with beautiful views towards Fuengirola,the sea and to the big private Tropical Garden with 2 big swimming pools.
The kitchen as well as all domistic appliances are brand new.
The big and bright lounge provides a sofabed for 2 people.
The red masterbedroom has a queensize bed, writing desk and ensuite bathroom with bath tub.
The blue bedroom has 2 single beds/or a queensize bed and a small private terrace. Both bedrooms provide nice duvets for summer/or winter and big wardrobes.

The second bathroom has a shower.
Private parking place and store room for ex. golf equipment in the basement.
Next door you will find Nagomi Spa together with a huge gym, tennis, paddle and of course a restaurant. Walking distance to more cafés and restaurants, supermarket, and the beach. A place you don´t want to leave.
