If you like ...Sun and sandy beaches-Craggy coves-a turquoise Mediterranean sea- fantastic mountain views and beautiful villas surrounded by palm trees...You will love Cumbre del Sol
Just a one hour drive north of Alicante airport, this area is the most spectacular and mountainous part of the Costa Blanca. Cumbre del Sol is perched on a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea, midway between the beach resorts of Javea and Moraira.
Luxurious Villas hug the coastline, covered in cerise, red and purple bougainvillea. The whole area is famous for fruit growing including oranges, lemons, cherries, peaches, as well as olives and almonds.
Javea-a ten minute drive-has one of the best sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca. there are many bars and restaurants along the promenade to suit all tastes, many of which are lively in the evening.
The house has a large through lounge, dining area and kitchen downstairs plus two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space for clothes. New for 2008 - Air cooling ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The sun terrace is ideal for morning breakfast. A covered shady terrace and small garden complete the outside facilities. Although you can sleep up to 6 people ( there is a double sofa bed in the lounge ), 4 or 5 would be more comfortable.
The Duplex overlooks a large lake style swimming pool with bar/cafe and is 250 meters from a well stocked and very reasonably priced supermarket plus chemist, bank, restaurant and bar.
Javea golf course is just a ten minute drive.
The Safari park, Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are all within 30 min. drive as are Benidorm, Denia and Calpe
Prices include water, gas, electricity, linen and towels.
