Dit appartement is een aparte aanbouw aan een villa, uitgevoerd met alle luxe. Gratis WIFI ADSL internet door het ganse huis, tot op het terras. Verwarming / Airco + hout cassette kachel + electrische accumulatie verwarming. De living van 50 m2 is aansluitend aan de amerikaanse keuken welke voorzien is van alle toestellen. Vaatwasmachine,koelkast/diepvries, elektr. oven, kookplaat met gas, dampkamp, micro-wave, koffiezet, toaster, etc. In een aparte ruimte is de wasmachine. stofzuiger, strijkplank, etc...voorzien.
er is een grote tuin met BBQ en er kan gebruik worden gemaakt van het zwembad (4mx8m). op het terrein achter automatische poorten is er staanplaats voor twee auto`s.
