The ground floor counts with a big lobby which connects to a large lounge, a living room, the kitchen and one bathroom. The upper floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is located inside the master bedroom.
Distributed in L shape, it allows for all the rooms in the house to face outwards. All the rooms have direct access to an external terrace located in each floor, from where one can enjoy stunning views of the sea and all the surroundings.
Its lounge-barbecue area, fully equipped, is located in a corner of the garden, away from the house, which allows to use it without disturbing those in the main living space.
