Situated in Taramay just 5 minutes drive form Almunecar and a 10 minute walk down to the beach makes this lovely villa ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The villa has been totally renovated to a very high standard with all the modern fittings to make this villa far better than your average Spanish property on offer.
The kitchen is open plan and bright and airy with Bosch appliances and large American fridge with water and ice dispenser, the dining area is joining the kitchen so ideal for entertaining while preparing the evening meal.
The large living room area is furnished with reclining leather sofas and a huge plasma flat-screen TV. All 3 bedrooms are of a good size with the master bedroom being en-suite and the other 2 bedrooms sharing a second bathroom, all bedrooms have air conditioning. All have sea views. Outside there is a private swimming pool of approximately 4 x 6 m with amazing sea views and a second large terrace space which can be closed of for child safety.

Notes
Theses prices include one full set of bedding and towels per booked guest, electricity / gas cost, cleaning cost & meet and greet service, these are all included in the price.

Air Conditioning is only included in rental prices for July & August, all other months air conditioning is charged as extra if required.
A 200.00€ security deposit is required on arrival and will be returned on satisfactory house inspection on departure.

200 Units of electric per week is included in the rental rates,
