The apartment is located in the lovely quiet Riviera Playa complex which offers excellent accommodation and is ideal for families and golfers. Just 3 minute walk to the beach. The complex has its own private car park. Shops, restaurants, buses, taxis are all close by – car not essential. The apartment is within walking distance to the Miraflores golf course.

Layout. The panoramic Living room offers fantastic views of the Mediterranean and has a traditional rustic atmosphere with wooden beams and open fireplace. There is a large dining area, breakfast bar and a fully fitted kitchen with all modern equipment electric cooker, microwave oven, washing machine.
Bedroom 1 has king size bed.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds with an additional fold up bed when required.

Location. Riviera Playa is located in Riveria del Sol which is a very popular residential area centered between Fuengirola and Marbella (12Km from either). Malaga airport is a 30 minute drive.
