The CAPRICE VILLA is divided in three levels and has 110mts of living space plus a wonderful private garden of 120mts with private pool.
The private garden and swimming pool are, with no doubt, the highlights of the villa, but not its only charm. The L-shape garden is full of exotic and native plants and flowers that bloom in spring and are at their best during the summer months. All this vegetation gives a fresh and cool atmosphere to the set.
The 25mts2 private pool is ideal to refresh yourself after a sunbathing session in one of the sun loungers available. The pool even has a soft water jet for massages.
At one side of the garden, and protected by a sun canopy, there is a large wooden table with 8 matching chairs for al fresco dinning. This is the perfect place to enjoy your meals.
The villa has been furnished to a high standard and it’s full of very special pieces of furniture and decorative elements from all over the world that the owner has purchased during his frequent trips.
The ground floor is divided in two sublevels. The street level is occupied by the dining area and the kitchen, small but fully equipped to cook your meals. From this level the guests can access the outdoor dining area.
A few steps down there is the living area with two pure white sofas and wonderful views to the private garden and pool. There is a designer white fireplace and a white television in this area.
Going up to the first floor, our guests will find a double bedroom with two single beds and and a bathroom with bathtub. A few steps forward there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom ensuite.
There is a small terrace on the second floor and, some steps further, our guests will find a third bedroom, now equipped with a double bed and access to a wonderful terrace with a table plus chairs and beautiful sea views.
There are two air conditioning units, one in the living room downstairs and the other one in the master bedroom on the second floor. If you keep all doors and windows closed this is enough to cool the whole villa.
