The apartment is built in a quiet and family friendly area and has the charm of the
early eighties.

It has 3 bed- & 2 bathrooms (1 with bath tub/1 with shower). A kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven. Functional living and exit to a 14 m2 terrace. From the terrace there is a little peak to the Mediterranean Sea.

The beach is one of the best on the coast because of its sandy surface and the level of the seawater from the shore is going slowly to the deeper water and is therefore very suitable for small children.

The living is airconditioned with a portable system.

The apartment is situated in a gated complex with 1 communal pool.

The apartment has an indoor private parking lot.

A supermarket, bakery, various restaurants, hairdressers and beauty salon in walking distance.

Approximately 13 km to Puerto Banus and in the center of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.


Prices are based on 4 persons. 
 
Extra bed/sofa bed:
Possibility for 1 sofa bed(s) in this holiday home. Price Euro 75 including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Ask the office. 
 
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is Euro 30 including 1 set of bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 12 p. person. Ask the office.
