Located in the picturesque, Andalucian town of Conil de la Frontera, this 3-bedroomed, two bathroomed town house is furnished to a very high standard. Set in a small development of 50 townhouses, it boasts a large terrace with both sunny and shaded areas, overlooking the lawned gardens, communal pool and paddel tennis court. It has an extensive roof terrace with panoramic views to the sea and mountains. A modern, fully equipped, fitted kitchen, with a small breakfast table, and door to drying area. Separate lounge/dining room with leather sofa bed/armchair, oak/granite dining table and leather chairs, and double doors to large terrace/garden. Situated on the outskirts of town, it is only a 2 minute drive or 10/15 minute walk to the many local bars, restaurants and fabulous sandy beaches.

Pool officially open between 1st June and 30th September but may be used at other times at own responsibility. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged at an additional cost. Please advise if required, at time of booking.
