The property is comprised of a covered terrace overlooking the gardens, living-dining-room, american fully-equipped kitchen with access to the back terrace, a shower-room and 2 double bedrooms.

It was completely renovated in 2011. The property has heating, air conditioning for cooling and heating in the lounge, PVC windows, blinds and mosquito nets in bedrooms, satellite TV.

The Urbanization is of 18 bungalows and has a large swimming-pool, barbeque area and mature gardens. There is a bar/restaurant next to the pool.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in outside terraces.

PRICE LIST
The prices are for the villa per week and include bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and final cleaning.

LONG LETS AVAILABLE DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. PLEASE CHECK THE PRICE WITH US.

BOOKINGS
SATURDAY TO SATURDAY in the high/peak season and flexible the rest of the year. The villa is to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

PAYMENT
30% deposit payment on booking with full balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival plus refundable security bond of 200 €.
