This ground floor apartment is absolutely stunning and has beautifull sea views also from inside the living and master bedroom! An opportunity to rent a high quality front line apartment on the nicest beach of Marbella.
A wonderfully situated beachfront apartment is set within the exclusive Rio Real Playa area next to Los Monteros.
Rio Real Playa is a gated complex with 9 low rise apartment buildings right on the beach, which gives direct access to the beach and is situated only 3 kilometers from Marbella.
This ground floor apartment gives direct acces to the pool area, which in low season is heated.
When entering the apartment you will find the dining area to the left. Pasing through the living the sliding doors give acces to a 50m2 terrace and garden area, with views to the Meditteranean Sea.

The inside dining area is for 6 persons and outside dining table has space for 4 person.
To the right of the salon there is a master bedroom en suite facing the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances and the second bedroom en-suite are facing the mountain side. The qualities used include crème marble flooring, under floor heating in the bathrooms, a/c hot and cold and an alarm system.
A heated community pool is to be shared. (Heated only during low season)
All in all a fantastic apartment for any holiday summer or winter.
Within easy driving distance to the most modern hospital on the coast and no more than 45 minutes drive to Malaga airport.


Prices are based on 5 persons. 
 
 
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is Euro 30 including 1 set of bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 12 p. person. Ask the office.
 
Payment: Credit/debit cards or bank transfer.

Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.

Normally closes Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.
