This is a very large, high quality luxury apartment. It is in front of the beach and the beautiful blue med sea. It has fantastic uninterrupted views of the famous Calpe Peñon and Marina. Calpe has 3 main Golden Sand beaches. In front is the small sandy Poniente beach, go left is the much larger Levante beach and right is equally large Arena Bol Beach. The town of Calpe is a beautiful 10 minute walk along the promenade / Paseo, there is also a bus and touristic train. Calpe has numerous restaurants on the beaches and in the village. Calpe is a working fishing village where the daily catch can be seen coming ashore and can be eaten in the numerous fish restaurants within the port. Only 25 minutes away are all the parks and attractions of Benidorm - Aqualandia (Water Park ) and Terra Mitica (Theme Park).

Notes
25% of the total amount is required to secure a booking. A further 25% payment is required 12 weeks prior to arrival, that will amount to 50%. The final 50% is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival along with a 300£ refundable deposit for breakages. Any booking less than 12 weeks from arrival will require a 50% payment. Any booking less than 6 weeks from arrival will require full payment.
