3 Bedroom Townhouse in Santiago de la Ribera This is a comfortably furnished 3 bedroom house in a traditional Spanish town on the side of the Mar Menor in Murcia. The house has views at the front over open countryside, and at the back there is a beautifully maintained pool and gardens area. On the south facing front terrace area you can relax and sun bathe all day, eat al fresco on those balmy summer nights, and pick fresh lemons off the tree. The house is only 7 minutes stroll from the popular promenade and blue flag beach of Santiago de la Ribera. The town is ideally situated for the many golf clubs in this area, including, La Manga Club, Roda Golf, Mar Menor Golf, Polaris World and Villamartin. In the town of Santiago de la Ribera you will find supermarkets, various shops, chemists, banks and a variety of bars and restaurants. The location is 5 minutes from Murcia airport and 50 minutes drive from Alicante airport. The house is very comfortably furnished and has air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. It has 3 bedrooms with a separate bath-room and a downstairs toilet-washroom. It is furnished and fitted for 6 persons. All the houses in this friendly complex are around the pool which has a separate childrens section. The area is located close to farming areas with orange and lemon plantations and is ideal for walking and cycling.
There is easy parking throughout the year.
The prices quoted are per property, (not per person), and include all cleaning and laundry before and after your stay and also includes all electric and water bills.
A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk+sugar, water, biscuits, is also included
Animals are not allowed.
For the cost of a taxi we can collect or return you to/from the airport.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms. 1 with double bed and bedside tables. This main bedroom has sliding double doors out to a small terrace to the front. 2 with 2 single beds and bedside table. All 3 bedrooms have large wardrobes. Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with large shower, wc, washbasin and cupboards. Downstairs washroom with wc and washbasin. This room also has a washing machine fitted in. Lounge: The lounge is equipped with comfortable arm chairs and sofa, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs, TV with UK satellite channels, and a radio/CD player. Kitchen: Ceramic Hob with 4 electric hotplates, oven, two section fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave,etc. General: The house has air-conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. Complete dining service, cutlery, glasses, pots/pans. Iron & ironing-board, hoover, radiator, hairdrier. Duvets to all beds. Bedsheets/covers, bath and hand towels pr. person. Bring your own beach towels, but we have provided a selection of childrens beach accessories. Outdoors: At the front there is a tiled patio area with garden furniture, parasol, sunbeds and your own lemon tree. In the rear is the shared community pool and garden area. Security: The house has a safe for your valuables. |
