This lovely villa is located in the urbanisation of Forest Hills where the neighbourhood comprises of large quality villas in beautiful Andalucian countryside. The villa is conveniently only a short distance to the sea and close to the public Estepona tennis club. The nearest beach is the exclusive beach club of Laguna Village (if this is for you). Otherwise the whole of the coast is one long beach so you can just pick your own spot. A car is necessary as, in our opinion, it is just a little too far to walk, however, having said that, Estepona town is also only about 4 KM away. Everything you could want is close to hand but you really need a car to get there. The large hypermarket of Carrefour is also about 4 Km away. Very close by you have the tennis club where you can hire a tennis court at low-cost prices and use the club swimming pool facilities. The Andalucian centre for horse training is also close by. Here you can stroll around the stabled horses, take in a horse show, or use the resturant/bar while watching the jumping. On the opposite side of the road to the villa there is a Paneria where you can buy fresh bread. This villa really is in a good location for all that the Costa del Sol has to offer. Puerto Banus is about 20 minutes drive away. Estepona town is a pretty place to stroll around with its many bars and restaurants and beach front promenade.

A 30% desposit is payable within seven days fo booking. The balance is then payable six weeks prior to arrival or in Euros cash on arrival. The Refundable security deposit is taken by credit card on arrival and is returned to the same card within seven days of departure subject to no damage, breakages or loss.

+Maximum Electricity use in the house of EUR 80.00 per week This is plenty if the air conditioning is not run with windows or doors open.
