El Pino 2 is a tastfully furnished new 2 bedroom apartment only 350 meters from the beach of Altafulla with its famous old fishermen´s houses. The property has all comfort you could wish: You can enter with your car to the private parking in the garage by a remote controlled gate and go up to your apartment with a lift. It has a large comunity swimmming pool within a garden area where you can relax. Inside your apartment you will find a large living room with a sofa area with big TV, a comfortable dining table and a big terrace of about 20 m2 with table and chairs as well. You will find 2 bedrooms: one main bedroom with a doble bed and a bathroom and one bedrooom with a bunk bed with a capacity up to 3. This bedroom has an own toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine with integrated dryer, iron board and iron. The property is air-conditioned. Only 300 meters away you find all necessary shops, bank, pharmacy, bars and restaurants for the daily life and about 500 meters away you find the local sailing club. As well 600 meters away you have a train station which you connects you in about 15 minutes with Tarragona (old capital of Roman Empire with lots sites to visit) and about 1 hour with Barcelona. About 1km away on the other side of the main road there is the old town of Altafulla which goes back until the early middle age but main buildings are from the 17th Century. It is very well restaurated and gives you the taste of a typical mediteranean village from the 17th Century. The old roman villa in the part “els munts” was declared “ World Heritage site” of the UNESCO in the year 2000. Altafulla is also just 15 minutes from such amazing attractions as Portaventura and Aquapolis water parks especially interesting for families with children. All in all, a perfect base in a relaxed beachside environment and cultural visits.
