When you arrive in this villa, you will immediately be enchanted by the atmosphere of exclusive modern luxury with reminiscences of the Moorish history and Andalusian surroundings: a marvelous marble paved courtyard, a fountain, an outdoor living room with lounge sofas, dining table and some antique furniture. Entering the villa, you will be struck by the breathtaking panoramic views over the sea and mountains.
The location is unmatched: to the south, on top of a hill, surrounded by several gardens and with views over the sea and the mountains over tens of kilometers, the bay and beaches, a place where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. There is full privacy and absolute tranquility.
Having accomplished a full renovation of this villa which was finished in May of 2011, we now offer the annex, a part of the villa, for rent: everything is new and top notch quality. Each room has its own airco/ heating system, there is a large modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large balcony with shady pergola attached to the living room and bedrooms. This part of the villa caters for 4 to 5 persons. You also have the option of the additional rent of an independent very luxurious studio with its own bathroom and pantry at the other side of the villa, which provides ample space and privacy for an additional 2 persons. Ideal if for instance you would like to take your parents or friends along.
During your stay in the summer period, the owners will not be present and you will have the exclusive use of all the villa’s amenities. During spring or fall, upon arrangement you can either choose for exclusivity or there is the possibility that the owners will be available for services like breakfast or dinner.
The pool is very large: 12.5 m/14m. x 6.50m. Attached to the pool is a terrace of 200 m2, where you will find a charming pool house with bar, including fully equipped bathing facilities. Of course sufficient and luxury garden furniture is available. At the garden level you will find a second large inner court with bar and table tennis. At the same level you will find a facility room, with washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment etcetera. The villa is located on a plot of 3.950 m2.
There is indoor parking opportunity for 2 cars.
