This high quality, spacious villa was built just 6 years ago and occupies a large and secluded plot on a private road. The villa has been recently redecorated and is fitted out to a high standard to make sure you have everything you need for a fantastic and enjoyable holiday experience.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 making it ideal for a large family or friends holidaying together. The property is spacious and sits in grounds of 2000 m2. A large shaded balcony area leads down to a tiled patio area which is complete with Spanish outdoor kitchen and BBQ facilities. The patio area also includes a large dining area with teak table and chairs so you can enjoy the true Spanish outdoor dining experience.

The secluded 10 metre private pool has its own shower facilities and sunbathing area. The pool runs from 1 metre at the shallow end to 1.8 metres at the deep end and is maintained on a weekly basis.

Inside the villa there are two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third has a double sofa bed. The master bed room has an en suite shower / toilet and the other 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom / toilet. All rooms have storage and built in wardrobes.

There is a large lounge area with comfortable sofas and chairs and a separate dining area that can seat 8 people for dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has a modern air-conditioning system should it be required for those hotter days.

The villa has satellite TV, music system, DVD player and a well stocked bookshelf.

The surrounding gardens are landscaped and planted with shrubs and palm trees and the property is surrounded by a fence and privacy screens. The villa is located off a quiet rural road and access is controlled by electronic gates which leads to a large parking area suitable for several cars.

The nearest beach is Guardamar del Segura which is a 20 minute drive. This beach has water sport facilities, life guards on-duty in the summer months and a wide choice of restaurants and bars. A little further afield (30 minutes) are the beaches of La Zenia and Mil Palmeres..

The nearest towns are Almoradi and Catral, both are 10 minutes drive and have all the facilities you will need including supermarkets, pharmacies and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Both towns are centred around a traditional church square with numerous bars and coffee shops where you can soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a leisurely drink. Almoradi also has a well stocked market on a Saturday morning where you can buy fresh local produce, meat and vegetables. A short car journey away are the large towns of Torrevieja and Elche which boast a large range of shops, restaurants, bars and large Carrefour hypermarket stores.


The villa can be reached easily from Alicante airport. The airport is approx 25 km and is linked by the modern AP7 motorway with typical journey times of 30 minutes.
