This modern villa is perfect for a nice relaxing holiday. There is a big garden with private pool and stunning sea view, the living room and kitchen are together in one open space with large windows giving you a free feeling and looking over to the sea. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and a seperate toilet. On the top floor there are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.

Altea Hills is a 24h secured urbanisation located 3km. from the town of Altea, there is a supermarket on 1 km. It is required to have a car.

We offer special prices for stays of 2 months or longer during Winter time (1st October 2011 - 31st March 2012).
This Villa can also be rented for 1 year or longer.

The caution has to be paid upon arrival in cash, the remaining rent of 50% can be paid by bank transfer before arrival or on the day of arrival in cash or with credit card.
The caution will be returned on the last day deducted by costs for the final cleaning, consumption of electricty according to the meter reading and any possible damage.
