Holiday villa for rent in Los Altos

This lovely villa is in Los Altos and fitted with air con It is very tastefully but comfortabley furnished to a high standard and is well situated for quiet days sun bathing and also busy days exploring the surrounding area It has a fully equiped kitchen contains washer, full oven, fridgefreezer, microwave etc The villa is also fitted with air con. The system is "pay as you go" 2 euros will pay for 4-6 hours so when you go out the clock stops until you turn it on again
The lounge has mini hi fi system and satelite T.V with all the english speaking channels, so you can catch up on the "soaps"There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other has twin beds The fully tiled bathroom has a 3 piece suit and the villa has a glazed porch area to the front with patio furniture in. Open terrace gardens, and a very large private roof solairium which is fully tiled. There is patio furniture. a large sun umbrella and sun beds on the solairium for your personal use There is a lovely pool less than 2 minutes walk away for the villa for you to use There is a good supermarket 5 minutes walk away and the beaches are less than 10 minutes by car Playa Flamenca ,La Zenia (Blue Flag beach )Punta Prima and Campoamor are to name just 3 The area is also served by a bus service into Torrevieja as well as down to the beach .
Torrevieja is the nearest town and has lovely beaches shops bars etc and is one of the main town on the Costa Blanca. There are many cafe bars and it is not commercalised and also has a good market on Fridays,There is a craft market down near the Marina most days. There is also a good market at Playa Flamenca on Saturdays,this is well worth a visit. But go early as it gets quite busy.There are some restaurants and bars all within walking distance of the villa.Torrevieja is not a "package holiday"destination. You would be met at the villa by Teresa who is english(If you are needing a "pickup"then you would be met at the airport) and shown where evrything is and how it all works etc.
The area is well served with 2 airports you can fly into, Alicante which is approxemately 50 minutes away and Mercia which is aprroxemately 35 minutes away.There is a small management charge of €60 euros which covers cleaning and laundry services after you vacate the villa and a breakage deposit of £50 which is fully refundable at the end of your
holiday
If golf is your pleasure then there are 3 very good courses each within 10 minutes drive away, and will test the best of you. These are Villa Martin Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Villa Martin has a lovely Plaza with some superb retestaurants, one of which is Fairways, is advisable to book as this gets very busy The Plaza is also a nice place to sit with a coffee and watch the world go If you want a day out then Benidorm is about 1hour 30 mins. drive and there is a theme park and fun fair at Santa Pola and Go Karting about 20 minutes walk from the villa.
