The house was built in 2005 by a well known architect.
The owner lives in the main house, but is very discreet. Located in a quiet area. The tenants are able to make use of the nice and private garden with sea view and sun beds (approx. 1.800 m²) the large, solar heated swimming pool with easy access is surrounded by lawn and trees.
There are 2 terraces, one is covered and an other one which has just been newly built this spring.
The place is well suited for those persons who require a wheelchair access (everything is on one same level with wide doors).
No smoking is allowed in the bedrooms, all bedrooms with Air-conditioning.
TV: Satellite(including French, English canals)TV also in the bedrooms. HI-FI. DVD with each TV, WIFI-INTERNET.

" Possibility to rent 1 other bedroom in the main-house with access through your house. It is a room for "bed & breakfast”
€ 330.- to € 415 p. week; – extra bed € 20.- p. week.

Golf: 3 Courses within a distance of 10 Km. (one 36 holes)
6 Courses within a distance of 50 km.(including the P.G.A. 36 Holes) Pitch & Putt: 15 km.
Begur lies few kilometres from several lovely little beaches and bays. Our area is protected from mass tourism – even in the peak season. The area "Baix Empordá" has many medieval villages well worth a visit. There are a lot of restaurants, cultural activities and small local markets etc in the area. The Dali Museum in Figueras and Pubol Castle is also nearby, where Dali has spent the last years of his life. It has recently been converted into a museum. You can also sample the local delights in the many shops and boutiques. "

Begur

Lovely Lady owner & superb villa in beautiful garden with excellent pool the rental part is however at the rear ! with little outlook.Please do not be put off by this though as you have access to the whole garden. Wonderful area all in very close proximity to stunning beaches . WE would highly recommend.
