At Cortijo Sierra y Lago we are dedicated to both agriculture and stock breeding. We raise and train purebred Spanish horses. From the moment the foals are born they are allowed to run free in our pastures so that, with our care and attention, they can grow into healthy and strong horses.

The Country Estate covers 2 km2, of which 260 m2 are occupied by the house excluding the surrounding porches. Outside is a wide courtyard (1200m2) and access to the house is found through a traditional Andalusian patio featuring a large fountain. The animals and grounds are cared for and maintained by a married couple who live onsite in a separate building.


The house can sleep up to nine people in four bedrooms (3 x double occupancy, 1 x triple occupancy) with full access to a large kitchen and seating for 10 in the dining room. The living room contains a large fireplace and picture windows overlooking the gardens, giving you the feeling of living outside. All rooms are fully equipped with AC, heating, linens, etc.


The yard around the house consists of several gardens with spectacular views of the mountains and lakes. One garden contains a private swimming pool with sun loungers, deck chairs, and a barbeque to complement your evenings around the pool…
