This is a lovely house offered at a fantastic price. Just 4 or 5 minutes walk from the sea at Cala Blanca and only about 10 minutes walk to the main sandy beach of the Arenal with all it's restaurants bars and shops.
There is also a beach bar 5 minutes away while a really well stocked local supermarket is a 3 minute stroll.

The parking is alongside the house as it is the end of terrace and is behind an electronically controlled gate.
As you can see it´s very comfortably furnished and is equally well equipped.
There is no TV connection but the flat screen is there for the library of DVDs while there´s also a good selection of PS 2 games and CDs to be enjoyed.
The house is well cooled by ceiling fans in each room. There is a downstairs shower room with toilet and basin.
easy rise stairs to the 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom plus the master bedroom that has it's own bathroom - both bathrooms have tubs with showers over, wc's, main bedroom also boasts it's own balcony/terrace.
There is access to the lovely pool direct from the parking and via the garden gate.
In the summer the wicker dining suite can be placed on the covered terrace outside the living room while the garden set is outside in the sun.
A real little gem in an ultra convenient location (you possibly don´t actually need a car if you don't wish to go further afield).
