DISTRIBUTION: The "Villa Typee" consists of 285m2, divided on two floors connected by an external staircase.
The main floor has two bedrooms (one with double bed , A/A and a bathroom, the other with a single bed for children. There is a small guest toilet a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and large living room with satellite TV and A / A. It should be noted the high luminosity of all rooms of the house thanks to the large covered terrace with spectacular sea views, including the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach.
The ground floor consists of three separate rooms (with single beds) and a bathroom. Each room has his own door and key, as well as a name, which give a colonial style feeling to the house.

EXTERIOR: The plot consists of 1650m2, has a woodland garden and a great pool (9x4) area surrounded by a sun terrace with garden furniture and a complete privacy feeling, without losing the stunning views of the mountains and the sea. At the back you have the BBQ area. The villa has parking for a maximum of three vehicles.

LOCATION: The villa Typee "is located in a beautiful and privileged area which combines the sea and the mountains, surrounded by almond trees and vines, in a highly demanded area known for its tranquility and beauty, just a few minutes of beaches and crystalline water coves of Moraira, Benissa and Calpe.
