De bungalow ligt op loopafstand van de gemeenschappelijke ruimte in de wijk, compleet met Spaans restaurant, groot zwembad, tennis en speeltoestellen. Een toegevoegde waarde van deze woning!
De ruimte om de woning is grotendeels vlak, en het zwembad ligt een paar treden onder het hoofdterras. Aardig detail is de natuurstenen afwerking van de villa, gelijk de autentieke Masias van Spanje. De binnenzijde is vanzelfsprekend ook nieuw, met semi rustieke materialen en afwerking. De indeling is gunstig, met een goede verdeling tussen dag- en nacht vertrekken. De slaapkamers zijn ruim van opzet, en bieden ieder twee eenpersoonsbedden. Er zijn twee badkamers, waarvan 1 met douche en 1 met ligbad. De badkamer met de douche behoort aan de suite (hoofd)slaapkamer. De salon eetkamer is langwerpig, met flinke raampartijen, en een grote pui naar het terras. De keuken is ook ruim van opzet, met tevens een deur naar het terras. Deze woning is voorzien van airconditioningsysteem.
NB Foto's zijn zowel van de woning als van de gemeenschappelijke ruimte rondom de VVE. In en om het huis wordt nog gewerkt aan de laatste opleverings punten, welke uiteraard voor aanvang huur gedaan zijn.
