This penthouse is unique because of the private pool, which is located on the topfloor. Inside are beautiful impressionist paintings by Maria Josefa Diaz, who fit the modern look of the penthouse (lots of marble and smooth stucco).High-speed Internet, satellite TV and a big brandnew outdoor BBQ with seaview. Five nearby golf courses, the beach 700 metres, many shops and restaurants, around the corner and at walking distance. Bus stop to city Torrevieja ( 10 minutes) around the corner. Finally, the building itself, has a newly opened modern fitnessclub at mainlevel with f.e.zumba-sport training, a health restaurant, saunas and all types of beauty packages and massages. The World Health Organisation recommends Torrevieja as having one of the healthiest climates in the world.

We love to come to this part of spain as the climate is always a bit milder. We have been travelling many places in the world trying all kinds of vacations but decided to stay in our beloved country were we originally met 25 years ago. We will forever be in love with this great country and it's friendly people. We both decided to study spanish many years ago and it helped us enormously discovering the spanish way of life ! We hope you will fall in love with Spain too.

Holiday

It was everything we had hoped for. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay...just wasn't long enough! I would definitely recommend to others. The only disappointment was the TV, which only worked intermittently due to loss of signal/sound or both. Personally it didn't affect me, however, travelling with my elderly parents who enjoy relaxing in the evening watching TV did disappoint them. The advertised satellite TV was a consideration when I booked so it would have been fab if it had in fact worked properly. But it won't prevent me from re-booking!
