This detached villa sitting on a plot of 1200m2 is perfect in so many ways! There are 4 floors to the property, and the distribution has been well thought out and will not disappoint.
It is ideally situated as is 10 minutes maximum walking distance from the beach at the Aiguadolç Port and is in a quiet residential area. Those wanting restaurants nearby will not be dissapointed. The port offers many superb restaurants and also has Pacha Sweet - so you can dance the night away or merely enjoy some cocktails in one of the bars.
The village of Sitges is not far, it is within walking distance but there is also a bus stop just outside the house where you can catch a bus directly to the centre of the village. There is an excellent taxi service to and from the village if you decide you would prefer to take a taxi.
The master suite occupies the top floor and offers incredible views, very comfortable accommodation, an ensuite with multi-jet shower and jacuzzi and dressing room. A studio shares the floor which can be used as an extra sitting room or we can also arrange as a bedroom if this was necessary.
There are 6 bedrooms situated on the 3rd floor, each couple sharing a bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
All of the bedrooms are facing the sea so no-one is deprived of the fantastic views!
From this floor, we can access the sports area at the back of the house. There is a concreted area which is ideal for football, basketball and there is also a Fronton court - this is a Spanish game which is a mix between Squash and Tennis. Ideal for burning off those calories during the holidays!
This floor also leads to the library and reading room which overlooks the splendid lounge and there are superb views to the Mediterranean.
This room is ideal for catching up on a bit of reading, a good novel from the well-stocked shelves or the daily news - or perhaps a game of chess or cards.
We can walk down the spiral staircase to the lounge and dining room, both of which have double height ceilings and so offer wonderful natural light and once again, the views to the Mediterranean and the beautiful gardens of the house.
The kitchen is well equipped and also has a dining area. The barbeque area can be accessed from here and the terraces can be accessed from both the lounge, dining area and the kitchen.
There is a laundry room and also a cloakroom on this floor.
There is a further bedroom on this floor with ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
On the first floor, the house offers the water area, there is a jacuzzi, sauna, shower and bathroom, games room and gymnasium and a beautiful bar and wine cellar. This floor accesses the pool and garden area which is ideal in the summer.
The garage can accommodate up to 5 cars.
We offer maid service once a week whereupon sheets will be changed and the house will be cleaned but we can offer maid service on a daily basis for 12€/hour if you prefer this. We also have many other attractive services to suggest in order to ensure that your holidays are perfect in everyway.
