The moment you arrive in villa Mar Blau you will be stunned by the Mediterranean views.
Located in the quiet urbanisation of Canyelles it is decorated with nice touches and sits literally on the Mediterranean Sea with lots of privacy.
The villa has 2 private parking spaces and ample parking space in the dead-end street. Enjoy the crystal clear blue water from your terrace, balcony or pool!
A few steps down from the parking you arrive to the entrance. The villa has a very spacious living room with 2 sitting areas, dining table and 180oC sea view. Large, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, utensils and sea view.
From the living room and kitchen you exit to the terrace with a separate summer kitchen.
One level down you'll find the large swimming pool with sun beds and again that amazing view.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with its bathroom with bath or shower, and all have direct access to a balcony or terrace and that amazing view of course. Each bedroom has built-in closets and a fan.
First floor: Red bedroom with double bed. Private bathroom with shower. Green bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed. Private bathroom with shower. Orange bedroom with 2 single beds. Private bathroom with bath/shower.
Second floor: Blue bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Ideal for kids! Private bathroom with shower. Purple bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed. Private bathroom with bath/shower.

The nice beach and harbor in the bay of Canyelles is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by car
