Villamartin is situated in the Costa Blanca south, close to the beaches, 20 minutes drive south to Murcia airport and 40 minutes drive north to Alicante airport. Villamartin is not only a golf area but over the years it has become a bustling all year round holiday destination and residential area. Golf however is still very popular, with its own championship course and neighbouring courses, it is still a golfers paradise.
