The villa has every amenity and feature you could hope for -for a perfect holiday.

This delightful property has full combi airconditioning hot and cold, SKY, large flat panel TVs throughout, internet, and a gym, large outdoor swimming pool and lovely garden.

The villa has a most attractive spacious lounge and dining room spaces that open onto a beautiful terrace that leads to pool and garden area. A great area to sit and look at the pool with a good view to the sea. This villa is a very relaxing place to spend your vacation.

The large livingroom - facing the lovely dining room with seating for 10 persons.
The modern kitchen has every appliance imaginable.

The very large master bedroom has a walk-in closet and full en-suite bathroom.
There are 4 additional bedrooms - one with king size bed + en-suite bathroom.
The one with two single beds + en-suite bathroom, and a smaller room - possibly more suited for children with single bed + sofa bed.

The fourth bedroom is actually a second lounge / TV room with a substantial double sofa bed.

The villa is very tastefully decorated


Prices are based on 8 persons. 
 
Extra bed/sofa bed:
Possibility for 2 sofa bed(s) in this holiday home. Price Euro 75 including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Ask the office. 
 
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is Euro 30 including 1 set of bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 12 p. person. Ask the office.

Notes
Las Chapas is nine kilometres from the city centre of Marbella with its cosmopolitan atmosphere and marina, and just 3 km to the nearest beach. The area is ideal for all as there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and sports activities. It is especially popular with families & golf lovers with many excellent golf courses.

The beach has several charming beach bars known locally as 'Chiringuitos'. These are dotted along the coast and serve a variety of food and drinks as well as renting out sun beds. There are also some excellent restaurants on the beach. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are nearby and a short drive takes you to one of the most exclusive Spanish restaurants in the area, La Hacienda. It is on the mountainside of Las Chapas surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. The surroundings are beautiful, a cosy marina in Cabopino with lovely beaches in addition to a nearby nudist beach. The local custom of barbecuing freshly caught sardines on the beach in sand filled fishing boats is an added attraction of this area. Prestigious golf courses and the glamorous resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella are all in relatively close.



SIERRA NEVADA is a fantastic holiday experience for the whole family

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness.
Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.

Normally closes Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.
