Description: |
In a small modern block built and maintained to a very high standard, and situated in the residential urbanisation of Cotobro, this is a truly unique property in a unique location with the Mediterranean Sea closer than most apartments have their communal swimming pool. From the south-facing veranda, the view is an uninterrupted seascape with “Marina del Este” across the bay to the West, and the wide horizon to the South and East.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite, the apartment sleeps six. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, and has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and conventional oven with ceramic hob, as well as a large fridge-freezer. A light and airy lounge has both sitting and dining areas and access through double-glazed sliding doors to the veranda. To the rear of the apartment is a large private and sheltered patio.
Fully furnished to a high standard, there is a television with satellite and video recorder.
All windows have the protection of metal roller-blinds.
A wide range of activities, especially water sports, and Almunecar, with all the facilities of a typical small Spanish town, are available within a short drive of the property.
Rates are negotiable for long winter/spring lets.
